You can’t get there passively β€” it requires active awareness, acceptance, and commitment through the choices you make every day.  This is where coaching can be helpful. 

Coaching is a great option for people who are searching for a safe and supportive space to enhance their sense of well-being. A certified Health and Wellness Coach will help you identify your values and strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop a plan for action. Health and Wellness Coaches are also trained to provide follow-up support and encouragement.

During this 6-week group coaching program, we'll explore concepts and engage in activities to build your resiliency muscles!

Group coaching is more affordable and provides a safe & supportive space.  Do you have a group of 3 to 6 friends or work colleagues with similar struggles and concerns?

What's the difference between counseling and coaching?

  • Counseling services are provided by licensed mental health professionals who provide therapy, support, and treatment for mental illness. 

  • Coaches are trained to help people realize their personal, professional, health, and wellness goals and serve as a helping hand to empower them to find their own strengths. 

Both counseling and coaching are incredibly valuable.


What can I expect?

The initial consultation session is 1 hour and focuses on discussions about your strengths, values, current levels of satisfaction in each dimension of wellbeing, and initial goal setting. Follow-up sessions are scheduled for 30 to 60 minutes and focus on accountability, refining your goals, and uncovering barriers to success.  

Is coaching right for me?

  • Create lasting and positive changes over a series of appointments.

How much does it cost?

Coaches typically offer coaching "packages" ranging from 5 to 20 sessions. The number of sessions will be based on your needs.
