  1. Identify challenges to your personal wellbeing.
  2. Write a personal mission statement that reflects your β€œwhy” and what gives your life meaning.
  3. Develop your self-compassion, gratitude, mindfulness, and self-confidence.
  4. Apply a process of ongoing self-evaluation to personal performance improvement.
  5. Create a personal and professional vision and plan to enhance your sense of wellbeing and resilience.
  6. Identify resources that can help you build your resiliency skills and enhance your life's journey.

A 6-week program with on-demand lessons plus application exercises completed at home each week. Live Zoom discussion sessions are held at key moments during the journey.

Online - all course materials are available online.  Discussion sessions will be held on Tuesdays evenings (6:30- 8:00pm) using Zoom starting June 1, 2021.

πŸ’»  Required Equipment
Computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with a video camera and high-speed Internet access.  While it is possible to complete this course using a smart-phone, it is not recommended.

Seena and Stuart Haines

We are pharmacists and university professors. We have a passion for teaching and learning. Over the past decade, we’ve become increasingly interested in the science of happiness and the therapeutic benefits of mindfulness, meditative practices, and yoga. Seena is a certified yoga instructor and certified health & wellness coach. Stuart is an instructional designer and teaches personal & professional development to doctoral students.  We routinely incorporate mindfulness activities in our classes.
