Sarah, Instructional Designer

I loved all the assignments - creating the personal mission statement was my favorite.

Practicing meditation during class was great. I enjoyed being able to go through it together and have incorporated it into my routine.

Gregory, Music Curator

I am very grateful to have attended the Wellness & Resilience course. You have no idea how much this course has helped me reframe my ANTS, refresh my sense of purpose and goals, and regain confidence. I enjoy the resources you put together. Thanks for helping me build a toolbox with evidence-based data and application pearls.
